By using the Gadinodi platform, you agree to follow these rules and guidelines. They ensure a safe and transparent marketplace for everyone.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Gadinodi Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Gadinodi website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

Failure to read these terms does not excuse you from legal compliance. If you do not agree with all of these terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site.

User Conduct

When using Gadinodi, you agree not to:

Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating information.
Upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
Upload obscene, harmful-to-child, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
Distribute viruses, malware, synthetic impersonation content, or harmful code.
Scrape, resell, or misuse marketplace data without permission.
Bypass security, interfere with operations, or abuse enquiry channels.

Listing Standards

Sellers on Gadinodi are required to maintain high-fidelity data and honest representation. All listings must:

  • Include actual photos of the vehicle being sold.
  • Disclose accurate mileage and mechanical condition.
  • Provide a valid price with no hidden mandatory fees.
  • Respond to enquiries within a reasonable timeframe (48h).
  • Have the right to publish the listing images and vehicle details.
  • Keep seller account, phone, and city details accurate.

Disclaimers

Legal Notice

Gadinodi is a marketplace. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee the vehicles listed. All transactions are solely between the buyer and the seller.

Grievance, Takedown & Legal Requests

Users, victims, sellers, buyers, and rights holders may submit complaints through the Contact page. We target acknowledgement within 24 hours and resolution within 15 days for IT Rules grievances. Content complaints that require faster action under applicable law will be reviewed as expeditiously as possible.

We may remove, disable, preserve, or restrict access to listings, accounts, records, or content where required by law, court order, authorised government notice, security review, or these Terms. We may preserve removed content and associated records for investigation and legal compliance.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, misuse the marketplace, create legal risk, or threaten platform security.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer or statutory rights, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka will have jurisdiction for disputes.
